I purchased a BX2350 two weeks ago with a MMM and FEL. After my last time mowing, I took off the mower to do some loader work that was in tight conditions. My problem is that now I'm tring to put the mower back on and can't get the quick connect to slide onto the PTO spindle. I have tried turning the spindle to get the grooves to line up, but still no go. Should I be able to do this with just hand pressure? Has anyone else had this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I am pushing the riong back, but theuniversal joint feels like it is dead-heading. I know that it is not. I guess I just have to keep trying, just a little frustrating since the tractor is brand new. ....

Thanks everyone, turns out it wasn't so bad after all. I engaged the PTO to re-orientate it, and was then able to manipulate by hand until it went on without hesitation. Thank goodness, cuz I was becoming pretty grouchy. Again, thanks all......I'm sure this was just the first of many posts. What a great site. ....

Thanks Ken and Trashcanman, I would never have guessed that since my only connection to Stephen King is that my neighbor at my last house was the producer of "Pet Cemetary". Being next to me he didn't have a high class house, just a country hideaway for him. Guess not every producer lives a Hollywood life. ....
